Cinema Attendant
At this level, we expect team members to have completed their induction and training, attaining the necessary competency to perform their duties within the scope of their role. They should hold equivalent experience or expertise required to execute tasks associated with supporting the operation of a cinema entertainment complex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exemplary customer service and executing tasks associated with supporting the operation of a cinema entertainment complex to the highest standard.
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices.
* Ensuring quality in their own work, while subject to routine supervision either individually or in a team environment on a range of tasks.
* Executing decisions and exercising discretion in relation to routine matters within their area of work, drawing on their skill, training, and knowledge for this level.
* Operating flexibly as required between work areas.
* May be undertaking training as a bio-box operator, subject to routine supervision.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Competent in basic Maths and English.
* Competent in cash handling.
