Hey you! We are looking for a passionate and experienced Health Care Trainer (RN) to join our team. This sessional opportunity offers the flexibility to fit training around your existing commitments while sharing your skills with learners across Perth and the South West.
At genU Training, our short, practical Training U for Work programs help learners build confidence, gain real-world skills, and take their next step toward employment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver clinically informed, accredited training in support and personal care, first aid, health and hygiene, aged care and commercial cleaning, food safety, manual handling, transport, and safe care environments
* Facilitate engaging learning across classroom, workplace, and online settings
* Assess learner competencies and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain accurate training documentation and compliance reporting
* Contribute to a supportive, high-quality student experience
What you'll bring
* Current AHPRA Registration (RN)
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
* Proven experience in disability or aged care
* Excellent communication, presentation, and digital facilitation skills
* A genuine passion for education, professional development, and lifelong learning
You'll also need a NDIS Worker Screening Check, and the NDIS Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.
