**About the Opportunity**:
Based out of the Head Office in **Minchinbury**, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Generation of new business opportunities and overseeing sales functions
- Ensure the achievement of financial targets and business growth
- Develop the sales team through training and coaching
- Develop business and financial plans
- Achieving agreed on monthly profit targets
- Works closely with the sales, production and lead generation teams
**About You**:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager with proven ability to motivate salespeople to achieve outcomes
- Experience with in-home selling
- Experience managing a division >AUD 5m turnover (desirable)
- Sound business acumen with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships
- A highly organised, flexible and proactive approach
- Strong computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office and the use of CRMs
- A current driver's license and maintained vehicle
- Availability to work a half day on Saturday and some after-hours phone calls during the week
