Role Description & Responsibilities
* Manage the software maintenance renewals in collaboration with the client executives and customers
* Prepare sales quotes and manage sales opportunities in collaboration with the client executives and customers
* Provide sales support and identify key materials to support client executive
* Manage license keys with collaboration of the Key Management Center and customer
* Manage the Customer data and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
* Prepare and deliver sales and forecast reporting
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or order administrative role within the software industry or a related field
* Experience in sales process and tools
* Experience in leading change and managing projects
* Working with Finance systems is a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
