Job description:
Due to growth within Sandfire's People team, we have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Specialist to support our Principal Organisational Development on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on assisting with designing, delivering, and evaluating initiatives that support Sandfire's workforce capability. This role also focuses on creating engaging digital learning experiences using tools such as Articulate Storyline, while also contributing to broader initiatives including leadership development, employee listening, change management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Design and develop high-quality, interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and other digital tools.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into engaging learning experiences.
* Partner with internal stakeholders locally and globally to identify learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions (virtual and in-person) aligned with organisational capability needs.
* Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and data.
* Assist in the development of frameworks, tools, and resources that build organisational capability.
* Support multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
* Qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology Education, or related field
* Proven experience in learning and development, including instructional design and facilitation.
* Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and other eLearning development tools.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning trends
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
