You’ll be overseeing a manageable number of single-storey homes, supported by solid systems, dependable trades, and a builder that values steady delivery over unnecessary pressure. If you prefer organised sites, clear expectations, and long-term security, this is a strong fit. Your Day-to-Day Run daily site operations across a portfolio of 25 single-storey builds Coordinate trades, suppliers, inspections, and construction schedules Maintain high standards in safety, workmanship, and site presentation Track progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time Communicate clearly with clients, trades, and internal teams What You’ll Bring Proven experience supervising residential builds in WA Strong background in single-storey housing projects Organised, proactive approach to managing multiple sites Good working knowledge of WA building codes and WHS Full Australian working rights and a valid WA driver’s licence What’s On Offer $115K–$120K Super, based on experience Stable, well-sequenced portfolio with minimal firefighting December start (flexible for the right person) Supportive leadership and a reliable project pipeline Long-term role with a reputable WA builder If you’re looking for a steady Site Supervisor role with structure, support, and long-term security, this is well worth exploring.
