We're looking for a creative, strategic, and detail oriented Instructional Designer & Training Content Creator to help us build beautiful, effective training materials for our coaching business.
This is a remote, part-time role (approx. 10–15 hours/week to start) with the potential to grow.
What You'll Do:
* Collaborate with our founder to plan and structure training sessions
* Brain storm content ideas
* Be able to take ideas into concepts and turn into training materials
* Design slide decks in PowerPoint
* Ensure content is clear, engaging content and with outcomes.
* Create basic SOPs for repeatable content processes
* Occasionally design handouts, facilitator guides or workbooks to accompany training
* Take ideas and turn them into frameworks and activities
You'll Thrive If You:
* Have experience in instructional design or content creation (bonus if it's for coaching, training, or education)
* Have previous teaching experience or have designed L&D (learning and development) courses
* Must have a working knowledge of business and business training principles
* Are strong with visual design in PowerPoint and can follow a brand guide
* Can turn rough notes or transcripts into simple polished content
* Are organised, proactive, and can work independently
* Are comfortable working in a Microsoft environment (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
* Be able to work with subject matter experts and take their ideas and convert into world class training.
* Comfortable using AI
Nice to Haves:
* Experience working with business coaches and have run your own business.
* Light copywriting or editing experience.
