The Role
We are seeking a hard-working Service Coordinator with a great attitude and high attention to detail to join our Administration team, based in Regency Park, to assist in the scheduling, dispatch and coordination of technicians and subcontractors.
This role is vital in the dispatch and coordination of technicians and subcontractors in South Australia, ensuring all have productive work as well as liaising with customers and technicians/subcontractors regarding work in progress.
Primary duties will include monitoring and managing work requests generated on our systems, open call management, close out jobs and data entry, checking and managing technicians' timesheets and service reports, liaising and managing subcontractor's attendance and service reports, handling customer phone and email queries, and general administration duties.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration or accounts and possess the following:
2 years experience working within administration or service/scheduling (ideal)
Previous experience in service industry and dispatching field staff or technicians (Highly Desirable)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional and confident phone manner
Solid computer and typing skills (Word, Outlook)
High level of organisation and the ability to multitask
High attention to detail and time management skills
Able to achieve and self-manage deadlines
An ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
Flexibility, reliability and be well presented
Strong commitment to safe work practices is essential
