Your Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll support our Head Chef in managing kitchen operations across our restaurant, café, and events spaces. You'll take the lead on busy services, help train and mentor junior staff, and contribute to menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up)
- A calm, organized, and positive approach to leading a team
- A passion for local produce, modern Australian cuisine, and excellent food presentation
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen systems
- A genuine desire to grow and succeed in a professional kitchen environment
