We're looking for a Legal & Compliance Manager who can help strengthen how we manage regulatory obligations while enabling the business to make sound, commercial decisions.
In this role, you'll work closely with leaders across the business to embed a practical compliance framework and provide oversight across products, contracts and dispute matters.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and strengthen the organisation's compliance framework
* Map regulatory obligations and controls so responsibilities are clear and risks are well managed
* Monitor regulatory developments and guide the business through required changes
* Provide legal input on product design, policy wording, contracts and regulatory matters
* Support complex decisions around disclosure, policy interpretation and disputes
* Draft and negotiate contracts with partners and service providers
* Own the end to end Internal Dispute Resolution process
* Implement a modern compliance and complaints platform to replace manual processes
* Work closely with leaders across the business to embed practical compliance risk capability
What You Bring
* Experience working in compliance within insurance or financial services
* Strong understanding of regulated environments and how compliance frameworks operate in practice
* Experience building and embedding obligation registers and control frameworks
* Confident in providing guidance on complex regulatory and compliance matters
* Commercial judgement and the ability to prioritise material risk over procedural noise
* Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across the business
