About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our WA Housing Maintenance contract based in Burswood, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team delivering essential maintenance services to Government housing across the region.
In this role, you will play a key part in administering and supporting contractual outcomes to ensure effective and compliant service delivery. You will be responsible for preparing work order reports and other contract deliverables, interpreting applying the contract, and assisting with its day-to-day administration.

Reporting line: Contract Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Administer the Maintenance Works and Services Contract, ensuring governance, compliance, and key contractual requirements are met to a high standard.
* Prepare, analyse, and deliver accurate and timely performance and contract reports, including work order and operational data.
* Manage key contractual dates, deliverables, and documentation to support effective contract performance.
* Provide contract interpretation, data analysis, and administrative support to the Operations Manager, Area Managers, and internal stakeholders.
* Liaise regularly with the Client's Contract Administration and Work Order Management teams, and participate in internal and client meetings.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support company cultural programs and values.
About You
To excel in this position, you will be an experienced professional in administration across a contract environment, preferably within facilities or construction, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ideally, you will also possess:
* Relevant qualifications in finance, business, project management, or contract law would be desirable
* Ability to work well within a team to support shared objectives.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and with attention to detail.
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to identify and resolve contract-related issues.
* Responsiveness to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with work order or asset management systems (e.g. Loc8) and data tools like Excel.
