We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead a high-dependency SIL service, supporting clients with complex disabilities.
This role requires strong leadership experience, a commitment to active support, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years' experience managing complex SIL services
* Experience supporting people living with complex mental health or psychosocial disabilities
* A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, and risk management principles
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum)
* A current NSW Drivers Licence and Working With Children Check
* Full-time availability, including 1-2 billable shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Support Workers in creating a safe and person-centered environment for clients to thrive.
Work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
