Requirements:
* A proven track record of sales and customer relationship management experience.
* Strong connections with primary producers and agricultural stakeholders.
* An Agronomy degree or relevant background is highly regarded.
* Proficiency in crop nutrition and agricultural practices is also highly valued.
* Excellent organizational skills and comfort working with Microsoft CRM & MS Office tools.
* A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
