The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee in Sales and Business Administration to join our Hobart team. This is a full-time entry-level pathway designed for someone eager to learn the ropes of showroom coordination and sales support in a professional, state-of-the-art environment.
This position is primarily based at our New Town showroom.
What You Will Learn & Do:
As a trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop skills in:
* Customer Excellence: Providing professional support to clients and assisting sales consultants with inquiries.
* Showroom Presentation: Coordinating the setup and maintenance of product displays to ensure a visually compelling environment.
* Administration: Managing client appointments, site visit scheduling, and digital record management.

* Communication: Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication.
* Organisation: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design and accuracy in data entry—a trait we value across all departments.
* Tech Literacy: Proficiency in utilising various computer software and standard office equipment.
* Passion: A genuine interest in the joinery industry and a desire to deliver superior customer experiences. Someone that is willing to learn and develop within the role and organisation.
* License: Our preference is a manual license or working towards a manual license
