We are looking for an Documentation Supervisor to Join our amazing team in Australia!
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**
- Evenly distribute daily workload amongst team members
- Ensure all enquiries are resolved in line with local requirements and ZIM procedures
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with all corporate KPIs
- Strive for a positive customer service experience at all opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support the team as escalation contact for customers as required
- Manage recruitment and performance management of staff
- Plan and review requests for leave
**Report**
- Provide weekly reports on compliance to corporate KPIs and improvement opportunities
- Provide monthly trend reporting
- Identify and report on internal service failures in line with ZIM guidelines providing action plans to prevent recurrence
- Any other reports as required by management
**Continuous Improvement**
- Provide constant coaching and feedback to improve the overall team's performance
- Constant review of processes and procedures looking for automation and E-Commerce solutions to remove manual tasks
- Implement and manage staff training and development plans and career planning tools
- Support the sales activity through service delivery to assist the achievement of company goals
**Support Team**
- Provide support to the team in key tasks to manage daily workload including but not limited to reporting, invoicing and issue resolution
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Merchant Marine Trade, Business Administration or related fields (preferred)
- 5+ year experience in shipping and logistics business
- Solid computer software skill (EXCEL, WORD)
- Service-mindedness
- Good communications skills
- Proactive approach
