Our client is a well‐established, multi‐disciplinary advisory firm with over 70 years of success supporting businesses across Queensland. With offices across the state and a team of experienced professionals, the firm delivers a full‐service offering including accounting, tax, financial planning, SMSF, audit and business advisory.

The Role:
* Manage a portfolio of clients across tax, compliance and business advisory
* Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for various entities
* Oversee BAS/IAS and ongoing compliance requirements
* Provide tax planning and business advisory support
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Review work completed by junior team members
* Mentor and support junior staff development
* Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
* Liaise with the ATO and external stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
About You:
* 4-7+ years' experience in public practice accounting
* CA or CPA qualified
* Strong technical knowledge across Australian tax and compliance
* Experience managing client relationships
* Confident reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with Xero, MYOB and cloud‐based systems
* Proactive, organised and solutions‐focused
