**The opportunity**
Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for multiple APS4 Project Officer's to join the Digital Division in assisting develops and improves digital solutions to enhance the experience and objectives of Participants of the Agency.
3-month initial Labour Hire contract with the option to extend a further 12 months. APS 4 level role offering $42.54 hourly + Superannuation. This position will be based out of either Richmond or Geelong.
This is a hybrid position, offering 2 days working from home, with the remaining 3 on site. 37.5-hour work weeks, with 8-hour days expected.
**About the role**:
The position will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in areas and may undertake some research and analysis activities.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting participant interviews and observing qualitative data to understand pain points with the current claims and payments process
- Supporting research work and analysis of participant feedback through the capture of qualitative data
- Assisting in drafting participant consultation documentation for review by senior staff
- Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, to support the delivery of projects
- Providing project administration support to staff and stakeholders
