WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be an experienced Plant Operator who's either worked with emulsion manufacturing or understand how it works.
Your key responsibilities would include:
* Operating and monitoring plant equipment to achieve optimal results
* Maintaining accurate records
* Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality
* Working with the wider Emulsion Operations team to meet production expectations and maintain product quality
Our ideal candidate would have:
* Previous experience as a plant operator within manufacturing emulsion (desired)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
* Open Driver's Licence
* High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (essential)
* QLD Security Clearance Card (or the ability to acquire)
* Excellent health and safety practices
* A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
* The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
