* Oversee the delivery of a medium-to-large scale digital transformation project focused on enhancing both internal and external user experiences.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience overseeing large-scale technology initiatives where collaboration across multiple disciplines is essential. You should be able to guide projects from conception through completion using structured methodologies—particularly agile approaches—to achieve defined objectives within set constraints.
* Demonstrated experience leading complex digital transformation projects impacting multiple teams or user groups within a government setting.
* Proven ability to influence without authority by building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban combined with hands-on experience driving iterative project delivery methodologies.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising business analysts, change managers, experience designers, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution.
* Drive agile project management practices by fostering continuous improvement and iterative delivery within the team.
* Manage stakeholder engagement activities, building consensus among internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners to align project outcomes with organisational objectives.
