We are seeking a Change Manager; you will be responsible for planning and delivering change management activities across our key Technology projects. Collaborating with sponsors, project managers, SMEs, and impacted teams, you will implement change strategies to ensure project success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and develop detailed change management plans.
- Ensure clear documentation, approval, and integration of change management plans into projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, business leads, and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Employ influencing, negotiation, and consultation skills to achieve desired outcomes with stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to guide impacted teams through the ADKAR journey.
- Monitor business readiness progress and report change adoption status at relevant forums.
- Standardize change management practices in alignment with APAC and global teams.
- Identify and address anticipated resistance, supporting resistance management implementation.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs and support the building of Change Management capability.
- Foster relationships with the Marketing team to support changes impacting external parties.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced change management skills with experience implementing principles, methodologies, and tools across multiple projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience driving successful change plans and cultural/behavioural change.
- Familiarity with project management approaches (Agile/Waterfall) and project lifecycle phases.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence desired outcomes.
- Recognized change management qualification (PROSCI Change Practitioner preferred).
- Degree in a related discipline (business, commerce, HR, psychology).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, including Financial Services.
