* Multipurpose facility with 24 hour emergency care, 5 sub-acute beds, 9 residential aged care beds, community nursing, day centre as well as visiting medical specialists and allied health.
* We also oversee a community health clinic on Truwana/Cape Barren Island that provides community and emergency care for this remote Aboriginal community.

The Position
* Lead and mentor nursing and care staff across Flinders and Cape Barren Islands.
* Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with both aged care and hospital quality and safety standards.
* Manage staff rosters and resource allocation.
* Drive quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice.
* Support staff development through coaching and providing professional growth opportunities.
