 
        
        We are looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator to support our stock management team. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
 * Assist the Stock Controller in conducting regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
 * Process incoming and outgoing stock, including logging deliveries, movements, and disposals.
 * Maintain clear and up-to-date digital and physical stock records and documentation.
 * Identify discrepancies in stock levels and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
 * Support the preparation of stock reports and data analysis for management.
 * Contribute to the development and improvement of stock control processes and procedures.
 * Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, such as sales, service, and parts teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications
 * Proven experience in an administrative or stock control role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry.
 * Strong numeracy and attention to detail to maintain accurate stock records.
 * Excellent organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
 * Proficient with inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
 * Customer service-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
 * A proactive and problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve issues.
