We are seeking a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Eric Street Medical in Cottesloe, WA.
This part-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and medical professionals.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Handling patient enquiries and booking follow-up appointments
Assisting with the processing of patient payments and claims
Maintaining a well-organised and clean reception area
Providing general administrative support to the medical team
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a medical receptionist or customer service role
Minimum 6-12 months of general medical practice reception experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
Proficient in using medical software and computer systems
Experience with medical practice management software (any system acceptable)
A warm, friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold Australian permanent residency
