2XM Recruit is seeking qualified HD Mechanics, HV Mechanics, and mechanically skilled tradespeople for a range of workshop WA.
With experience in underground equipment, road transport or mobile plant, we want to hear from you.
These positions suit people from all corners of the trade — from seasoned heavy diesel fitters to automotive techs wanting to step up, to hands-on mechanics looking for a stable long-term opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
Diagnostics and fault finding on engines, drive trains, hydraulics, electrical, or braking systems
Scheduled servicing, general maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and component change-outs
Working on a mix of light, heavy, and/or mobile plant machinery based on your experience
Using diagnostic tooling and workshop equipment to identify and resolve issues
Maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship
Accurate service reporting and job documentation
What We're Looking For
A Mechanical Trade Qualification (HD, HV, Automotive, Plant, Diesel Fitter or similar)
Experience working on heavy vehicles, diesel engines, mobile plant, trucks, light vehicles, or similar machinery
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or power train systems
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Safety-focused mindset
Current driver's licence – HR Desirable
