Opportunity
We're seeking an
experienced Occupational Therapist
ready to step into a role offering autonomy, impact, and career progression. This position can be
based in Warwick or Toowoomba
, with shared team support and mentoring across both sites.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage a
community and clinic-based caseload
suited to your interests and experience
Complete
functional capacity, home modification, and assistive technology assessments
Collaborate within a large multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes
Mentor and supervise junior therapists
Contribute to service innovation and high-quality client outcomes

About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Adult NDIS experience and paediatric experience
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
A proactive, compassionate approach to client care
