Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Business Partner role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; professional certification advantageous.
Proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.
