About the Role
Working as part of a small, dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will be key to ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations that directly support patient safety, service delivery and positive client experiences. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, cultural capability and a commitment to confidentiality and quality improvement.
Responsibilities
* Providing reception and administrative support including patient admissions, appointment bookings, referrals, travel coordination and telehealth services
* Maintaining accurate records, producing statistical data, managing documentation and supporting records security and integrity
* Supporting clinic operations through equipment use, office duties, calendar management and coordination of outreach services

Requirements
* C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
* Pre‐employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
* This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
* Mornington Island and Doomadgee communities have an alcohol management strategy that applies to all residents and visitors. No private individual is permitted to take alcohol into the Mornington Island or Doomadgee communities.
* A period of probation may apply.
