The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, achieving sales growth and meeting department KPI targets.
* Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
* Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
* Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
* Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Lead by example in all areas
* High volume stock management
* Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
* Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
* Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong retail leadership experience, excellent time management skills and be physically capable to work large volumes of stock.
* Strong retail leadership experience preferred
* Time management skills
* Visual merchandising experience
* Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
* Having an owner's mindset for your department
* A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
* A resilient & innovative problem solver
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* IT competency
* First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
