About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth departmental coordination. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office department.
* Lead, mentor, and support team members on shift
* Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
* Assist with reporting, cash handling, and end-of-day processes
* Act as Manager on Duty, maintaining high service delivery standards
About You
* Previous supervisory or duty management experience in a hotel environment
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work a rotating roster
* Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS will be highly regarded (bonus but not essential)
* Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
