Job Description
We are seeking a Process Worker to support our Primary Processing plant in Australia.
This role involves working under minimal supervision in a small team, performing tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically according to policies and standards.
Responsibilities
* Process and inspect raw materials safely and systematically, adhering to quality specifications.
* Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching.
* Maintain a clean workspace through cleaning duties.
* Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools.
* Work in a cold environment and identify potential food safety quality issues, hazards, and risks.
Requirements
* Ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions, procedures, and information correctly.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Good command of English for verbal and written communication.
* Able to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles.
* Good level of fitness required for manual handling up to 5kg-15kg.
