Now is the time to join them at this exciting time of growth.Your new roleA rare opportunity has arisen to join their management team in a dual Project Manager / Contract Administrator role. You will be looked upon for your knowledge both on site and in an office capacity; ensuring the supervisor is driving the programme for the project and being across project admin, pricing variations, cost control, compliance and QA. You will be assisted by the office manager for basic admin tasks but looked upon for leadership across a variety of luxury new build and renovation projects.What you'll need to succeedIf you have prior site experience as a trade qualified carpenter and have transitioned into a contract administrator role, you will be highly regarded. While candidates with similar experience as PM/CA in luxury residential construction are also encouraged to apply.Strong communication skills are essential, along with an ability to nurture subcontractor relationships, and be computer savvy.What you'll get in returnThe chance to join an upcoming builder in a positive working environment at a senior level, with scope to grow as they do.
