Base pay and benefits
The base pay range is A$134,227.00/yr – A$144,271.00/yr. Administrative Officer 7 - Remuneration Package Range $134,227 - $144,271 (including salary $113,938 - $122,574). Corporate Services - Workforce Operations and Partnerships, Alice Springs. Responsibilities
* Provide high-level, client-focussed generalist and specialist human resource (HR) management advice and support to regional Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) agencies and employees.
* Manage a small team of HR professionals to deliver HR services.
* Deliver a high-quality workforce advisory service and end-to-end support to NTPS clients in Regional Australia to ensure the successful delivery of their business objectives.
* Undertake HR case management workloads such as performance, disputes, conduct, and inability, and recommend appropriate courses of action for resolution and early intervention.
* Apply industry knowledge and HR expertise to support operational HR management with strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; develop collaborative relationships and influence HR practices.
* Knowledge of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993, relevant employment legislation and HR Management systems is valuable.
Qualifications and capabilities
* High-level written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and engage across diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in HR advisory services, case management and providing practical HR guidance in a regional/public sector context.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and HR management systems.

Alice Springs (Mparntwe) – Northern Territory. Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) provides essential corporate functions to support NT Government agencies.
