In this full-time role based in Maffra / Sale, VIC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of the company's range of quality vehicles.
With a focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients, this position is crucial to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Providing a world-class customer experience to both prospective and existing clients
Demonstrating vehicles and closing sales in a professional and consultative manner
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company's product range and industry trends
Actively prospecting for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and referrals
Accurately processing sales paperwork and ensuring a seamless purchase process
Delivering outstanding after-sales customer service and support
Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry
A passion for customer service and the ability to build strong relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A confident, driven and resilient personality
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
A current driver's licence and willingness to undergo a police check
