They’re expanding their team and are looking for a hands-on Maintenance & Warranty Coordinator to ensure every project continues to exceed expectations long after handover.

What You’ll Be Doing
Hands-On Repairs
- Tackle carpentry and finishing repairs head-on
- Fix defects across multiple trades (plaster, tiling, paint touch-ups, basic plumbing)
- Ensure all repairs hit the mark on quality and safety
Warranty Coordination
- Be the go-to person for all warranty claims and service requests
- Decide what’s in warranty scope and line up subcontractors when needed
- Track job progress and deadlines—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
Client Care
- Act as the friendly face for clients post-handover
- Communicate clearly, manage expectations, and leave clients feeling valued
- Resolve issues rapid, with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
Reporting & Feedback
- Keep detailed records with photos, updates, and resolutions
- Spot recurring issues and feed insights back to improve future builds
About You
This role suits a practical problem-solver who thrives on variety—half tradie, half organiser. You’ll be working independently most of the time, so reliability, initiative, and pride in your work are must-haves.
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- White Card & Driver’s Licence (essentials)
- Solid skills across repairs and finishing (carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, basic plumbing)
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—you know how to put clients at ease
- Confidence with tablets and job-tracking apps
- First Aid & CPR (bonus)
- Previous experience in maintenance, fit-off, or defect rectification
