Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

About Our Services
* We offer a one-stop-shop for young people who need help with mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, and/or work and study support.
The Role
* This role involves delivering mental health services across community and inpatient settings, within a clinical case management model, including biopsychosocial assessment, referral management, crisis management, and discharge planning.
* You will deliver direct clinical services, including clinical case management, mental health assessment, planning, and delivery within a multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate superior communication skills to establish effective partnerships and provide consultation to the team as well as government and other non-government service providers.
* Participate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
* Must have Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Nurse, or General or Provisional registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist, or AASW registration or eligibility as a Social Worker.
* Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team.
