Sharp & Carter are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join a busy Customer Service Team for a short-term project based in Mascot.

The Role: In this role, you'll provide administrative support for a key customer project. Your focus will be on managing customer requests with regards to invoice queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review customer statements of account and respond to invoice copy requests
* Investigate invoice-related queries and confirm the nature of the work completed for the invoices
* Navigate Salesforce to track and manage case details
* Communicate with customers via email, providing documentation and progressing cases through to closure or next steps
About You:
* Proven experience in administration, ideally within a project or finance-related environment
* Hands-on experience with both Salesforce and SAP (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially with repetitive tasks
* Strong communication skills and confidence in managing customer emails
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
