Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a motivated and service-driven Hotel Service Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, smooth departmental coordination, and high service standards across the hotel.
About the Role
* Support and coordinate guest service operations across hotel departments
* Ensure rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards
* Supervise and support frontline staff during daily operations
* Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
* Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office to ensure seamless service
* Uphold safety, hygiene, and hotel procedures
What We're Looking For
* Experience in hotel operations or guest services
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to supervise and support staff
* Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Qualification Requirements
* AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality or Hotel Operations OR
* 1 year of relevant experience, OR
* 3 years of experience in lieu of formal qualifications
