Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of specialist clinical practice and service delivery within a nursing unit, team or service, ensuring seamless integration with existing frameworks.
* Utilize extended autonomy to make informed decisions, working collaboratively with managers and senior clinicians to drive best practice.
* Contribute significantly to the planning and implementation of high-quality nursing care, guaranteeing safe management of patients with complex needs.
Requirements:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience in the specified clinical area, equivalent to a Master's degree in Nursing.
* Proven expertise in mentoring and coaching nursing staff, enhancing their professional growth through personalized guidance and feedback.
