Remuneration Range: $45.47 to $48.93 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee discounts
At Lutheran Services, our Intercept Community Services team supports young people and families to build stronger, safer futures. The Reconnect Program helps young people aged 12–18 who are at risk of homelessness, offering counselling, mediation, and case management to strengthen relationships, stay engaged in school or training, and access safe accommodation.
Role
We are seeking a Senior Case Manager to deliver therapeutic case management and evidence-based interventions for young people and their families. In this role you will:
* Provide counselling, mediation, and conflict resolution.
* Help young people stay connected to school, training, and employment.
* Support safe housing options and stronger family relationships.
* Work collaboratively with schools, housing providers, health, and community agencies.
About You
You are degree-qualified in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or similar, with demonstrated experience in case management and counselling. You understand the challenges young people face around family conflict, homelessness, and engagement with education. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills are essential.
What You'll Need
* Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening or National Police Check.
* Queensland Driver's Licence.
