The Position
- Chefs – Bulk cooking experience & cert 111 Commercial Cookery required
- Hospitality Allrounders – work across kitchen, housekeeping & Bar
- Site Administrators – must have booking / admin experience + Cert 111 Business Admin or similar.
The Person
- Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
- Experience in Hospitality, food service, bar & retail, or housekeeping
- Must hold a White Card
- Must provide valid Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Allrounders must have a reliable car & driver licence to travel to site
