They are now looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing plans, coordinate projects, and ensure the seamless implementation of campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including web pages, brochures, blogs, emails, and other materials
* Manage timelines, track project progress, and ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget
* Organise and promote webinars, trade shows, and company-sponsored events
* Gather and analyse market trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies
* Develop and schedule content using AI and marketing tools, maintaining a structured content calendar
* Schedule, post, and monitor social media content, responding to comments and inquiries as needed
* Track marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports to the IOM
* Act as a communication bridge between the marketing team, other departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
* Support customer and prospect database maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and coordination among users
* Ensure all promotional materials and marketing assets align with the company's brand guidelines
* Assist in creating, sending, and tracking email campaigns targeted at different customer segments
* Update website content, including case studies, blogs, and promotional materials
* Identify and report potential issues affecting campaign effectiveness or marketing plan execution
* Work on assigned internal projects to improve processes and efficiency within the marketing team
Qualifications
* Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or digital marketing
* Strong content creation and copywriting skills
* Familiarity with social media management tools, AI-driven marketing tools, and email marketing platforms
* Experience with Google Analytics, reporting tools, and market research
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and website management platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
