Executive Loss Adjuster, Construction and Engineering – Perth, Australia. We are looking for an experienced Executive Loss Adjuster to join the Construction and Engineering team in Perth, on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Construction, this role will apply technical loss adjusting skills to resolve insurance claims and manage loss events from initial findings through remediation or reinstatement.
Responsibilities
* Use your skills to resolve insurance claims and examine reported losses to establish the cause, liability and quantum.
* Proactive communication with clients and customers regarding initial findings and potential solutions.
* Project manage the rectification, remediation or reinstatement of damaged property, including emergency repairs with appropriate experts in a seamless process.
* Verify the nature and extent of loss/damage and determine the quantity of reinstatement work for material damage claims.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members.
About you / Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of insurance loss adjusting or claims management experience.
* Relevant industry qualifications, particularly ANZIIF or AICLA or equivalent.
* Construction and Engineering loss adjusting experience.
* Knowledge of claims regulations, legislation, and understanding of the principles and procedures for processing insurance claims.
* Proven technical competency and a strong service delivery focus for clients, including insurers, customers and brokers.
