About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Officer with a background in healthcare administration to join our team. In this role, you will assist specialist medical practices with using our software, drawing on your understanding of practice workflows and patient administration.
You will support clients via phone, email, and remote sessions, guide new practices through onboarding, and provide practical solutions to everyday challenges. Your knowledge of how medical practices operate will allow you to deliver support that is accurate, relevant, and valuable.

Responsibilities
* Learn the Xestro platform thoroughly to provide confident, accurate assistance
* Deliver prompt support to clients via phone, email, and remote sessions
* Guide new practices through onboarding and software use
* Troubleshoot workflow and administration challenges with a solution-focused approach
* Contribute to internal procedures to improve support efficiency and consistency
* Maintain professionalism and clear communication in every client interaction

About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Experience in medical reception, practice management, dental or allied health administration
* OR, experience in customer support within the healthcare sector
* Strong communication skills: clear, professional, and client-focused
* A proactive and practical problem-solving approach, with the ability to explain processes simply
* Confidence using healthcare practice management software (experience with Xestro highly regarded but not required)
