Permanent full-time Music Teacher commencing Term 1, **** at Southern River College.
School Context
Southern River College (SRC) offers an Inspire Music program for Years 7 to 10 and a General Music course for Years 11 and 12.
The school supports students through Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) pathways, general education and vocational programs, and a STEM enrichment program.

Role
The successful applicant will:
Teach Inspire Music classes for Years 7–10 and General Music for Years *****.
Collaborate with feeder primary schools to strengthen music learning pathways.
Plan and stage performances for assemblies, school events and community functions.
Build and extend the Inspire Program, developing a roadmap for future music excellence.
Be willing to teach in other learning areas on short occasions, though this is not essential.

Eligibility
Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.

Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
