Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our facilities, ensuring they remain safe and functional.
The role involves daily rounds to identify equipment that may appear or sound faulty, completing repairs as needed. This includes maintenance on mechanical systems and water reticulation to ensure optimal performance.
To be successful in this position, you must have high standards of DIY skills and be able to safely perform physical tasks such as lifting objects weighing less than 10 kilograms without assistance.
* Liaise with supervisors/contractors regarding work in guest rooms and public areas;
* Record all maintenance tasks performed, complete and incomplete;
