Covering our Southport, QLD clinic, as the Retail Consultant / CPAP Therapy Consultant, you are employed on a fulltime, permanent basis
Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
- Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
- Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
- Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
- Upsale of our products and services
- Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
- Processing orders and clinic stocktake
**Are you a MATCH?**:
**- **Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales**
- **Effective communication skills**
- **Ability to work autonomously in clinic**
- **Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages**
- **Computer skills and confidence in using google suites**
- **Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine**
- **Strong organisational and administrational skills**
