* You will work closely with the owner across a full‐time rotational roster, managing the day‐to‐day operations of the dispensary and shop, and ensuring compliance with QCPP standards and 8CPA targets. This is a sole Pharmacist role, supported by two Dispense Technicians and a small experienced front‐of‐shop team. Shop hours are 9am-5.30pm weekdays, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm. The fortnightly roster alternates between a 40‐hours and 48‐hours week, offering both structure and variety.
Skills Required
o Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
o Experience in community pharmacy and dispensary operations
o Vaccination accreditation preferred
o Strong organisational and communication skills
o Commitment to patient care and professional standards
Salary & Benefits
o $150,000 p.a. (approx. $65.56/hr), depending on experience and accreditations
