What We Need: We are seeking a proactive and highly dynamic Executive Assistant who thrives on taking full ownership of their role. Acting as a trusted partner to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and a key connector across our diverse Advertising team; you will manage priorities, access & day‑to‑day operations with autonomy and discretion. You will play a pivotal role that extends beyond traditional administrative support bringing sound judgement and fresh thinking to deliver positive impact across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Excellence: You will be handling EA duties like managing calendars, administrative tasks and making sure everything runs smoothly for the executive team.
* Corporate Hospitality: From identifying and coordinating exciting hospitality opportunities to managing invite lists for key events, you will ensure our VIPs are always well taken care of.
* Travel Coordination: You will be the go-to for travel arrangements for the advertising team - ensuring seamless trips with a personal touch
* Client Relations & Databases: Keep track of our key clients and maintain client databases. Building strong lasting relationships will be at the heart of what you do.
* Internal Events: You will organise memorable internal events that bring the advertising team closer together – think team-building events, social gatherings, and much more
* Expense Management: Keeping things within budget and on track – you will manage expenses for the team like a pro
What You Bring:
* A Forward-Thinking Attitude: You don't just wait for tasks; you anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
* Previous experience: Ideally a PA or an EA role.
* Outgoing Personality: You know how to balance hard work with having fun & you can handle social events with style and professionalism.

* Team Player: Build strong relationships with the CSO and other team members becoming the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.
