About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will work closely with our Account Executives to establish active communication and engagement with prospects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team on lead generation efforts and develop strategies to achieve sales success
* Build relationships with potential clients and establish trust through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
* Understand the sales process and consultative selling techniques to close deals
Requirements:
* Based in Sydney
* At least 1 year of B2B/B2C work experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas
* Strong communication skills via phone and email
* Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
* Ability to persuade decision-makers at all organizational levels
* Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
* Effective presentation and negotiation skills
* Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce)
