Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination and management of hotel construction and refurbishment works across the Gold Coast.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of commercial hotel construction and fit-out projects, coordinating and supervising site trades, ensuring daily sign-ins/outs and site inductions are completed, managing site safety, quality, and compliance to WHS regulations, ordering materials, monitoring progress against project timelines, and resolving site issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of commercial hotel construction and fit-out projects on-site

* Material ordering and stock levels
* Progress monitoring and reporting to project managers
* Site issue resolution and communication between office and site
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction, with a strong background in hotel or hospitality projects preferred. Excellent organisation, communication, and people management skills are essential, as well as the ability to drive productivity and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
